SHIPPING POLICY
Every order is processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday). There's no shipping completed on weekends or holidays.
Each customer will receive an email that includes confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. Please make sure you enter the correct email address. If there are any errors made after the completion of your order, send an email with your order number and the corrected information within 48 hours of purchase.
Any delays caused by the postal service is not the responsibility of Momcation, please refer to your provided tracking number and contact the postal service.
Return & Exchange Policy
I aim to please everyone, so if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund or exchange your product for an item of the same price value.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchased date.
Any product returned must be in the same condition as you received it and in it's original packaging.
